		<content type="html">Nice job on the "overwhelming" tips, Karen. Your third suggestion to "unwind" sounds a lot like what Cheryl Richardson said in one of her recent newsletters. She suggests taking some time away from a problem or issue you are dealing with--setting a specific time for when you will return to it and trusting your unconscious mind to work on the solution for you in the meantime.
